A-Ma Temple: The oldest temple in Macau, parts of the temple are more than 600 years old and were built before the arrival of the Portuguese, the temple is dedicated to the god A-Ma who is respected by local people as Mother and Queen of the Sea, the boat people of Macau would come here a pilgrimage each year in late April or early May. The Ruins of St.Paul’s Cathedral: Macau’s most famous landmark and symbol, perched atop one of the island’s seven hills, St.Paul’s Cathedral was first built in 1602 by Jesuit priests and was destroyed by fire in 1835, only the spectacular massive façade survived, now it is taken as one of the greatest Christian monument in the East.

(The Batu Caves are situated thirteen kilometres (seven miles) north of the capital city Kuala Lumpur. They are the sacred place for the Hindu’s in Malaysia. They consist of three main caves and a number of smaller ones. The caves are made of limestone and 400 meters long and 100 meter high. They were discovered in 1892. From your hotel in the Golden Triangle you can reach the Batu Caves. At your arrival you will be greeted by lots of monkeys. They are going for your peanuts and banana’s, which you can buy in several shops, before you climb up to the caves.
